Document: Take Back The Steps - Deyane Moses' Speech, 2019

On February 21, 2019, the MICA’s Black student body made history by “taking back the steps” of the Main Building. The remembrance was created to honor MICA’s Black history and remember the Black students who were not admitted to MICA because of the color of their skin from 1896-1954.
